WHERE ARE YOU BASED? 

I TRAIN is located on Rruga Vilave in Lundër, Tirana. We are about 5 kilometers from the city center of Tirana just off the National Road SH3 and 1km from TEG shopping mall.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE FREE TRIAL SESSION?

We find out about your goals, your lifestyle, and your medical history and evaluate your level of fitness through a series of tests so that we can advise you on the best training program. Lenci will happily answer any questions for free, including health and fitness questions that don’t relate to training with us. It’s also our chance to show you how we can help you enjoy achieving your goals at I TRAIN.

WHAT IS A TYPICAL PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION LIKE?

Depending on your goals, history in the gym, and injuries, meeting with a personal trainer can vary greatly. Essentially, Lenci’s PT sessions are individualized based on your needs and wants. Unless there’s an injury, you’ll rarely repeat the same movement during your 60-minute sessions. You can expect an appropriately challenging, varied workout that will improve your balance of strength and flexibility. You’ll also utilize a wide variety of equipment and body movements to achieve your goals. All movements and results are recorded and analyzed to improve the efficiency of your workouts. While you exercise, Lenci discusses nutrition, any challenges you face, and exercise beyond your personal training sessions.

HOW MANY TIMES PER WEEK SHOULD YOU MEET WITH A PERSONAL TRAINER?

The number of sessions with a personal trainer really depends on a number of factors, including your budget, availability, and need for accountability. On average, the clients meet with Lenci one to four sessions per week (an average of three). While personal training programs are an investment, the fitness experience shouldn't create more stress. Determine the appropriate budget to create the accountability you desire and the freedom to choose a personal trainer with the expertise you need.

HOW LONG WOULD I HAVE TO TRAIN FOR? 

This depends entirely on your goals, level of commitment and whether you want to keep the results for the long term. We hope that will love working with us so much that you will never feel like you want to leave. Whether it's with us or on your own doing some kind of health plan for the rest of your life would be beneficial. It’s a lifestyle choice and it's up to us to make you enjoy it, have fun and feel great.

I HAVE INJURIES, CAN I STILL TRAIN? 

Yes, however, you may need to consult your doctor first. At I TRAIN we develop your program around your injuries or any other limitations you may have. In many cases such as bad backs, and knee and shoulder injuries, Lenci will give you rehabilitation exercises to strengthen and improve the injuries you have. Most clients see dramatic improvements. If it’s something minor like in many of our new clients, such as a stiff back at the end of a long day's work, chances are it’ll feel better than it has for years after just a few weeks of training.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Rates are dependent upon what type of training or therapy you are interested in, how often you would like to come in, and if you purchase as single sessions or in blocks of multiple sessions.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF BUSINESS AT I TRAIN?

There are no set hours. Our facility operates by appointment. You and your trainer will determine the best time for your sessions, depending on your schedule.

DO YOU OFFER GYM MEMBERSHIP?

No. I TRAIN is open by appointment only. This ensures the gym environment is personal and our clients get the attention they deserve.

DO YOU HAVE SHOWER FACILITIES?

Yes, we have private shower and changing facilities.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE SESSIONS?

Dress in clothing that keeps you comfortable and cool and allows you to move. Outside shoes are not allowed at I TRAIN - on your arrival please swap into a clean pair of trainers in our waiting area.

WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

There is private parking outside of the studio as well as abundant parking on the street.
